The bedroom contains a comfortable king-sized bed and there is a
queen sofabed in the living room. This wonderful condo is air
conditioned and has a lovely lanai overlooking Kalama Park, where you
can enjoy your own Bar-B-Q, enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean,
Kaho`olawe, Molokini, Lana`i, and the West Maui Mountains.
From your home away from home, you will find the sunsets each
evening breathtaking. Enjoy the swimming pool located on the 2nd
level.

In the same building you are able to rent bicycles, surfboards,
snorkel equipment, and diving equipment. You will be within walking
distance of great shopping, restaurants of all types, grocery store,
car rental, and even a movie theater.

Want to try your hand at surfing? Rent a surfboard and walk directly
across the street to enjoy riding some fun waves.

All RATES are based on U.S. dollars and are subject to an 11.416%
Hawai`I state hotel tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

A DEPOSIT of - "2 nights" minimum deposit due at time reservation is
made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For arrivals less
than 30 days, full payment is due at time of booking. For 28 nights
+ , full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made
in cash, check, money order, traveler or cashier check, as well as
Visa, Master Card, There is a minimum of $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is non-refundable. For the
Christmas season, there are no refunds after November 1.
