can enjoy your own Bar-B-Q, enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean,
Kaho`olawe, Molokini, Lana`i, and the West Maui Mountains.
From your home away from home, you will find the sunsets each
evening breathtaking. Enjoy the swimming pool located on the 2nd
level.

In the same building you are able to rent bicycles, surfboards,
snorkel equipment, and diving equipment. You will be within walking
distance of great shopping, restaurants of all types, grocery store,
car rental, and even a movie theater.

Want to try your hand at surfing? Rent a surfboard and walk directly
across the street to enjoy riding some fun waves.

1. We require a deposit equal to $25 per night reserved. This will guarantee your reservation. 
2. OR please EMAIL us within 48 hrs to let us know you are mailing a check. money order or travelers check for your deposit. Make checks payable to Danny Miller and mail to 301 Ponahawai St. Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
3. PAY YOUR BALANCE
   The Balance is due prior to or upon arrival by cash, check, credit card, money order or travelers check. You will receive an email showing the balance due. Use any major credit card to pay your balance prior to or when you arrive.
4. REFUNDS: Deposits are refundable if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation for stays of four nights or less and for longer stays, you must notify us 90 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. (A $25 cancellation fee, plus all credit card processing fees will be deducted.) There is no charge to extend your reservation or  to re-schedule your reservation for the equal amount of nights at the same location. If you are unable to notify us within the required 30 to 90 day period, you can use your deposit as a credit in the future at the same location or if we can re-book your room(s) we will refund your deposit less the $25 cancellation fee and all credit card processing fees.
