Be our guests at this spacious, well-equipped home at 310 East
Poplar Ave, just 1 block from the beach and the boardwalk. It
is conveniently located on a newly renovated street, just two blocks
from North Wildwood. Close to all the boardwalk action.
Enjoy 2nd floor privacy as you relax on the inviting private deck.

Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and coolers are provided for your
convenience; freeing up room in that already packed-full car.
One man's and one women's bicycle also included. Please be sure to bring and wear your helmet!!!

Indulge in the outside shower with hot/cold water to rinse off after
a fun-filled day at the beach.
Includes parking for two or three cars in a private garage, with
parking in the driveway for an additional car. Just park your car
and walk to the beach, boardwalk, church, and restaurants.
Sleep accommodations include a Master Bedroom with queen-size bed,
television, and private Master Bathroom. The Second bedroom has
queen-size bed with TV and DVD player. The Third bedroom has two
sets of bunk beds your kids will love. Also included is a queen size
sofa bed in the living room.
Blankets and pillows are provided. You will need to provide your own
sheets and towels.
We rent to families, or adults over 25 only.
No Smoking, No Pets.
Check in time is after 2:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00. Other
arrangements must be approved ahead of time.

May 26 to June 2 (Mem. Day Week) - $1800/week
June 2 to June 9 - $1300/week
June 9 to June 16 - $1400/week
June 16 to June 23 - $1600/week
June 23 to August 18 - $1800/week
August 18 to August 25 - $1600/week
August 25 to September 1 - $1500/week
September 1 to September 8 - $1600/week (Includes Labor Day)

After September 8 - Inquire (willing to take reasonable offers for weekly rates)

Holidays and Event Rates:
Labor Day (August 30 - September 4) - $1000
Biker Weekend (September 6 - September 9) - $800
Fireman's Weekend (September 13 - September 16) - $800
Irish Weekend (September 20 - September 23) - $800

For weekly rentals: Check in time is 2:00 PM on Saturday, Check out
is 10:00 AM the following Saturday (Other arrangements must be
approved ahead of time)

$500 security deposit required. Deposit will be returned within 14
days if no damage to unit.

Take $100 off per week for rentals of 2 weeks or more.
