Vacation Rental Description

beautiful and pristine waters of Belgrade Lakes.  Just 3 hours from
Boston and 5 hours from New York.  Home comfortably sleeps up to 10
and is just steps from the water.  Private waterfront with dock,
western exposure for spectacular sunsets and mountain views.

Belgrade Lakes is a four-season destination for some of the best
boating, fishing, golf and hiking during the summer months.  Belgrade
Lakes Golf Club, rated a top-five public course in the country is
located just 5 minutes away.  Discounted off-season rates allow you to
enjoy fall foliage time, skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, and
awesome spring fishing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home is in a very private and wooded setting but offers all the
modern amenities including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and 2 full baths.
 A screened porch looks directly out to the lake. A magnificent stone
fireplace is the centerpiece of a large open main floor ideal for
family gatherings.

Activities and Attractions

Whether it's world class fishing for bass/pike/lake trout, hiking,
boating or golfing or just plain old relaxing, the Belgrade Lakes
region has it all. There are many miles of well-maintained trails
through the Kennebec Highlands(get a map downtown at Day's Store) and
local guides specializing in fishing trips.  Head down to Castle
Island Camps to get great local advice on the best fishing on Long
Pond.  World class rafting trips on the Kennebec, Dead and Penobscot
rivers are only 90 minutes away.  The famous LL Bean store and
Freeport outlet shopping is only a 45 minute drive from the lake.  The
Belgrade Community Center also offers fun summer activities for the kids.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1800/week from 3rd week of June thru Labor Day week
$1200/week from week after Labor Day week thru 2nd week of June
$250 nightly(3 nite minimum) from week after Labor Day week thru 2nd
week of June
$1500 monthly off-season
7% Maine lodging tax will be applied to rental fee

Note: This is a year round home. Great location for fall foliage,
winter skiing/snowmobiling, or spring fishing.  Located minutes from
Belgrade Lakes Golf Club.

To make and hold a reservation a deposit of 50% is required and must
be received within 7 days to hold your rental.  Remaining balance is
due 60 days prior to arrival.  Please remember- no dates are confirmed
until deposit is received. A credit card(VISA/Mastercard) is required
for security deposit.
