Vander Vliet's villa in Shipyard Plantation in Hilton Head Island

Our three bedroom, three and one-half bath, two-story townhouse is
located in a secluded section of Shipyard Plantation, which is on the
southern end of beautiful Hilton Head Island. The villa sits on the
8th tee of the Clipper Golf Course, and the pool is less than 50
yeards away. There are tennis courts nearby, and the beach is a
short bike ride away. Our guests can also use the nearby Vander Meer Tennis center for a fee.
Upon entering the villa, you are in the large atrium foyer. Off
this area is a powder room and a newly renovated kitchen with a
separate dining area. There is also a separate laundry area with a
full-size washer and dryer, and bed linens and towels are provided
for your stay.
There is a separate dining room, which has a table seating six
comfortably. A deck off the dining room has a beautiful view of the
8th tee and adjoining lagoon, home to a variety of wildlife. The
living room has a couch, love seat and two upholstered chairs, with a
large flat panel TV, DVD player, and stereo. There is also a
fireplace to enjoy on chilly winter evenings. A picture window
allows you to watch the golfers and visiting wildlife.
On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath and deck.
The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, ceiling fan and large walk-
in closet, as well as plenty of dresser space. There is also a flat panel
TV in this room. The master bath has a sunken garden tub as well as
a stall shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ample dresser and closet space, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and ample dresser and closet space as well. Both of the guest bedrooms have color TVs. The villa is also equipped with high-speed wireless dsl
computer accessibility. Ther are also 2 bikes available at the villa for your use and additional bikes can be rented for a nominal fee.
