secure front door bolt lock, patio with views of the mountains and 
Las Vegas strip.

Activities and Attractions

Golf 5 mins away, tennis courts on property of Avalon.  Plenty of 
public parks and wide safe walkways perfect for jogging.  Green 
Valley Ranch is a 5 minute car ride away.  Within a 5-8 minute drive, 
there is a wide variety of shopping available, from Target to high 
end boutiques.  The Las Vegas strip, Mandalay Bay end, is literally a 
short 15 minute car ride on I-215. McCarran Airport is also 10-15 
minutes by car, or an inexpensive taxi ride.  Avalon at Seven Hills 
is in a prime location for someone who wants to be near the 
excitement of Las Vegas, but not emersed in it 24/7.  The quiet and
