Tastefully furnished, there is a television in every room with cable
included. All the amenities are here:dishwasher , microwave, stereo, CD
player, washer dryer. There is high speed internet. Your
retreat also includes a garage with an opener to safely put your
sports car to bed at night. Also included is general maintenance,
lawn service. Home has lots of windows in the European Room to let
in the Florida sunshine. There are so many things to do close by...a
variety of restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating, swimming,
golfing, sightseeing, playing, or just laying back and enjoying life.

Close to several area golf courses, 5-7 miles to Gulf Beaches,
including Fort Desoto, named the #1 Beach in the US. One mile from
Tampa Bay and the St Petersburg Pier. Both have numerous water
activites, beach shops and many unique restaurants and nightclubs.
Orlando is approximately 90 minutes with all the theme parks, and
Tampa is a quick 20 minute hop over the bridge for the Airport, Busch
Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Ybor City, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football
(go Bucs!), and the beautiful newly redeveloped Downtown St.
Petersburg with Bay Walk is just 1 mile away. There's swimming,
sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, golfing, gambling boats, any kind
of restaurant imaginable, shopping, night life, all within walking
distance or a short drive. There is a beach trolley that runs from
downtown to Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille Beach, which is a
great way to relax see all the barrier islands without driving.

January 2008 to December 2008 Weekly Rate for Main home is $1450.00.
There is also a quaint Guest House with a full kitchen, bath, walk-in closet and a double size
bed. January2008 - December 2008 Weekly Rate $650.00
Monthly rentals and 90 day rentals are also available and we are
negotiable.
Extra days can be added and will be discounted.
Cleaning Departure fee of $105.00 for the main and $50.00 for the Guest House
Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 9:00 a.m.
These times MAY be flexible - please call ahead.
Pets welcome provided they are on flea control. $50.00 non-
refundable deposit per pet required.
Fully refundable security deposit required in advance of $250.00 to
reserve the dates.
Holidays that fall during the week or weekend that week is an extra
$200.00 per week.
Add 12% for Florida Tourist and Sales Tax
