Vacation Rental Description

Secluded Smokey Mountain getaway with breathtaking views of miles of 
preserved woodlands.  From the lush greenery in the summer to the 
golds, reds and yellows of the autumn into the glistening quietness 
of the winter, every day holds its glory.  

Aside from this cozy 2/1 cabin being warm, clean and comfortable, it 
has plenty of room for 4 adults, a couple of kids, and the family 
pet.  Master has one queen; spare has one full and twin bunk beds.  
Huge closets; dressers, and BONUS - washer & dryer on-site.  Believe 
me, this in invaluable especially if you have children!

But, I think even more invaluable is the fact you may bring a pet or 
two.  For those dog lovers out there, there isn't a vacation unless 
you can enjoy it with yor best friend. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

#1 is the hot tub outside; view the Cataloochee Ski Resort while 
soaking your worries away!
#2 is the definitely the fire pit; pull up some chairs, rub two 
sticks together, search the woods for some skewers, and get to 
roasting some marshmallows!  Or, just hang out and wet your 
whistle.  
#3 is the spacious deck with a picnic table and a swinging bench.  
Nothing beats having your first cup of coffee and reading your 
favorite mag watching the fog lift from the mountain tops.

Other amenities include:
Charcoal grill.  Jungle Gym.  Two TV's w/ cable, VCR's and one w/ a 
DVD.  Small movie library.  Complete kitchen with new appliances, 
cookware, dishware and utensils.  New furniture including matresses, 
linens & towels. New purgo flooring throughout.

"Take some, give some" mentality on firewood and paper goods.

Activities and Attractions

Summer:  White water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, tubing.

Winter: Skiing, snow tubing, ice skating. 

All seasons:  Gem mining, sight seeing, elk watching, Bat Cave 
excursion, Harrah's Casino, Cherokee Indian Reservation.  Forty-five 
minute drive to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Grandfather Mountain, 
Gatlinburg and Bryson City.

Located above Maggie Valley with shops, restaurants, putt-putt, 
arcade and go-karts.  Fifteen minutes from downtown Waynesville with 
quaint shops, galleries, and dining establishments.  Forty minutes 
from Downton Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.

Vacation Rental Rates

$650 per week; $1,400/mo
Minimum one week stay.

Rates do not include a 7% NC sales tax.

Non refundable $100 pet fee.

Refundable $100 deposit upon satisfactory inspection after check 
out.  

Cleaning fee:  $75
