Tranquil Beach Condo in Imperial Beach

Enjoy one of the last uncrowded and laid-back beach communities
located just outside the Coronado Cays on the Silver Strand in
Imperial Beach. In the morning you’ll be able to watch the sunrise
and hear the birds chirp from your private patio overlooking the
natural estuary and wildlife preserve. It’s only 140 steps from your
front door to the sand – so spend the day in the sun. Take part in;
boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, sport fishing, windsurfing and
the list goes on and on, or simply sit in a lounge chair, read a good
book and work on your tan. In the evening you can enjoy a sunset
walk along the sandy beach to the local pier, restaurants and
shopping. By car you’re only 10 minutes from Coronado and 20 minutes
to the airport, the Convention Center, Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp
District, Sea World, and the famous San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park.

The brand new 2/1 ground level beach condo is beautifully furnished
and decorated and the location is amazing. The unit contains a full
kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher for indoor cooking and a
patio with seating for six with a gas grill for evening BBQs. All
appliances and utensils are provided. The condo sleeps 6 with a
queen bed, a full bed and a full sofa sleeper. All bed linens and
shower towels are provided. Cable TV and a VCR/ DVD player is
provided and laundry facilities are conveniently located near the
unit. A welcome gift basket greets you upon arrival and we have put
together a binder of local attractions, restaurants and activities
for you to reference throughout your stay.

The condo is walking distance from the Imperial Beach Pier. By car
you’re only 10 minutes from Coronado and 20 minutes to the airport,
the Convention Center, Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp District, Sea
World, and the famous San Diego Zoo in Balboa Park.
