bathrooms.  A Guest Apartment on the ground floor with 1 bedroom and 
1 bath is also available as a seperate unit or together. 

THIS HOME WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED THIS PAST YEAR (2005-2006). All 
of the furniture, bedding, fixtures and finishes are new! The main 
residence features a living room/dining room, new kitchen, fully 
enclosed screen porch, a second family room/loft area with TV,five 
bedrooms and four full bathrooms. There are private decks on 
each floor; two with partial ocean views.

Also available is a ground floor guest apartment.  This apartment 
features a large living room, new eat-in kitchen and a bedroom with 
two queen beds.
