Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful three B.R./three BA. BallenIsles home overlooking the 8th
hole of the north golf course with expansive double fairway view.
Southern exposure. Fully and immaculately furnished. Kitchen with
large, adjoining breakfast area. Living room, dining room, family
room. Large master bedroom with large adjoining master bathroom. Two
more good sized bedrooms. Beautiful pool, courtyard and combination
patio/barbeque area adjoin house. 2 car attached garage. Golf cart
also included. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

BallenIsles is a gated community with 24 hour security. Its facilities
include: three championship 18 hole golf courses, 23 tennis courts and
adjoining tennis pro shop (all privileges of our full golf and tennis
equity membership included in rental); fitness center with finest,
state of the art exercise equipment and steam, sauna and private
massage rooms. Fitness center adjoins magnificent, large swimming pool
and deck area with poolside café and also an indoor grill restaurant.
Separate 72,000 square feet clubhouse with main dining room, another
grill restaurant, many conference rooms and an excellent golf pro
shop. Our house is a short walk from clubhouse/fitness center
complex. Also separate well maintained private community swimming pool
across street from our home. Must really see to appreciate our house
and the entire BallenIsles community complex. The country club also
hosts many gala special events, superb holiday dinners and stimulating
lectures with very prominent speakers from all walks of life.
Additional social activities include a variety of private clubs you
can join at BallenIsles. The book club and investment club are two
such examples. More formal adult education courses are also available
at nearby Florida Atlantic University (a 5 minute drive from our
house). There is a transfer fee for the country club membership and a
trail fee for use of the golf cart which includes unlimited golf.

Activities and Attractions

BallenIsles has an ideal location. It is just 15 minutes north of the
Palm Beach International Airport, midway between the Florida Turnpike
and Highway I-95 and close to PGA Boulevard. Along PGA Boulevard
there are many exciting activities. There are some fabulous shopping
sites including the Palm Beach Garden Mall, Legacy Place and the new
Downtown at the Gardens. There is also fine dining with some of the
most outstanding restaurants in all of south Florida.
