Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous view of ocean and Coronado Islands! Located on second row 
with unobstructed view.  Two bedrooms each have queen sized bed.  
Sleeper sofa in living room.
Fully equipped kitchen including all dishes, pots and pans, coffee 
pot, blender, microwave, stove, fridge.  Small,  
quiet community.  
New carpet and paint and lovely, new deck overlooking the ocean.
Please, no pets.
You bring linens, towels and drinking water.  Everything else is 
furnished.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Great sandy no bank beach.  Look for shells and fossils.  Super 
surfing area, 
but very private! Watch the dolphins and sunsets from your deck. 
Horseback riding on beach.

Activities and Attractions

Just 4 miles north of Rosarito which has great shopping, restaurants 
and entertainment.  Horseback riding on the beach.  Quads for rent 
in 
town. Puerto Nuevo just south of town for the best lobster.  Real 
Del 
Mar golf course just three miles north.  Bajamar golf course just 30 
minutes south of town.

Vacation Rental Rates

$100 per night - two night minimum. Three night minimum on holidays.
$600 per week.
$200 security deposit - fully refunded less any damage.
$40 cleaning fee
