Experience this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Miami Beach house which  
celebrates  
the 1950s retro design throughout, from the architecture to the  
furniture. A very spacious house provides a convenient spot to  
entertain, relax and enjoy.  
 
It has 2200 square feet of primarily wide-open plan with beautiful  
terrazzo and tile floors. The master bedroom has its own private  
bath  
and each of the other bedrooms has a bathroom located conveniently  
nearby.  
 
The Florida room has cuban tile and a wet bar which is perfect for  
entertaining. This room also looks out on a secluded oasis leading  
to  
serene water. Watch spectacular sunsets from the dock which extends  
over the canal. The backyard is has stunning tropical landscaping  
full of palm trees, flowering heliconias and a huge mango tree. The  
backyard is fully gated and great for children and pets.  
 
Location: It is located in a safe, secluded gated island which is  
full of beautifully landscaped homes. Suntan and swim on Miami Beach  
which is only about 6 blocks away. This is a perfect peaceful  
location which offers easy access to Surfside, world class shopping  
in Bal Harbor and Aventura and exciting South Beach. Boating fans  
can  
step outside and have immediate access to their boat. The backyard  
canal leads to intercoastal and ocean access is a short distance  
away  
via Haulover. Dock allows up to 20 foot boats, fixed bridges limits  
boat height.  
 
Surfside Tennis courts and Community Center are close by. Miami  
Beach  
theatres, beach activities and night clubs are also about a 10-15  
minute drive away. There are 3 public golf courses within 10 miles  
from the property and one of them is on the water.

subject to change and are do not apply to holidays or special  
events.  
 
Deposit is required in order to secure rate and reservation.  
 
$125.00 cleaning fee.
