This Padanaram Village Captain's House was recently completely remodeled. It combines modern 
amenities with historical charm.  This is a wonderful 1600 square foot house on a quiet street, just 
a few minutes from Padanaram Village and its harbor.  The first floor has a spacious double living 
room with built-in bookcases and fireplace, a dining room that opens to a newly renovated kitchen 
with brand new appliances and granite countertops, as well as a half bathroom which houses laundry 
facilities. The sofa pulls out to a full-size bed which can comfortably sleep two.  The second floor 
has three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two others which each have two twin beds. The 
bedrooms share a newly renovated, cheerful bathroom with tub/shower combination. Off of the dining 
room is a small deck which leads to a detached one-car garage with kayak storage.  The house is only 
a ten-minute walk to the coastal village of Padanaram with its many shops and seaside 
establishments.  Round Hill Beach is a ten-minute drive away.  This house promises lots of 
activities during the day and quiet relaxation at night - the perfect combination for a summer 
vacation.
