This well apppointed property has all amenities required for a very
quiet relaxing stay which includes a large 450 sq. ft. private deck
with barbeque and lawn furnishings. The suite is situated overlooking
a fully landscaped yard with a pond and creek.
Beautiful view of Lake Okanagan and the entire city of Kelowna.
One deck is open with a gas barbeque. The other deck is a covered deck which has a table and chairs (with lighting) as per picture.
This property has: gas counter top range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and gas fireplace.
The suite has its own washer and dryer (with iron).
The well appointed kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils.
Beds are very comfy and linens and towels are of top quality.
There are two t.v.'s - living room and bedroom complete with a dvd player.

NOTE: Four night minimum stay during peak season June 15 thru September 15 includes cleaning fees. Three night minimum in the off season.
$50.00 cleaning fee is applicable to weekly rentals. ($75.00 fee is applicable for party of 4)
