It's approx. a 3 minute walk to the shops, Craigs Cruiser's, Silver Lake & restaurants, etc. It sleeps 6 comfortably (1 queen & 2 full size beds) & full amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher & a nice large screened in porch to relax on. The double lot allows for privacy with plenty of room for parking & a big fire pit area. There is a huge outdoor pool (solar heated-seasonal-June thru August), a playground area & a picnic pavilion available to use.

Air conditioning/heat, Washer/Dryer, Gas grill, Huge in ground pool, Picnic Pavillion, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garden Tub/shower, Kitchen has all the tools - silverware, dishes, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. Pillows, Blankets are provided. You will need towels, etc., sheets, pillow cases, etc.

Sand Dunes, Mini buggy rentals, Jeep rentals, Boat rentals, Dune Rides, Horse back riding, Craig's Cruisers-Video arcade & Go-carts, Bumper boats, Mini golf, shopping, Restaurants, Antiques & more..... Reading or taking a nap on the screened in porch is a nice option also :-))  Watching the sunset over Silver Lake & the dunes is AWESOME...

$450/week for May
$550/week for June & last 2 weeks in August
$650/week for July & 1st 2 weeks of August
A $150 deposit will hold your week. The balance is due upon your arrival. If the
balance is not paid, the $150 deposit will not be refunded.

I only rent by the full week between Memorial Day & Labor Day (Sat. to Sat)
Check in: Saturday 2:00 pm or after
Check out: Saturday 10:00 am
