POOL-Clean Quiet Family Oriented Double Lot Downtown in Silver Lake

Downtown Silver Lake is where we're located and location is everything (1394 N. Emerald- Mears, MI 49436).  This clean/well maintained 3 bedroom mobile home (1000+ sq. ft.) is located on a quiet/family oriented side street in downtown Silver Lake by Jellystone Campground. It's approx. a 3 minute walk to the shops, Craigs Cruiser's, Silver Lake & restaurants, etc. It sleeps 6 comfortably (1 queen & 2 full size beds) & full amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher & a nice, large, screened in porch to relax on. The double lot allows for privacy with plenty of room for parking & a big fire pit area. There is a huge outdoor Association pool (solar heated-seasonal-Mid June thru August/Hrs-M/W/F-1-5,Sat-1-6,Sun-1-5), a playground area & picnic pavilion are also available to use.

Huge in ground pool, Air conditioning/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, TV-Antenna, Picnic Pavillion, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garden Tub/shower, Kitchen has all the tools - silverware, dishes, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. Pillows, Blankets are provided. You will need to bring all linens (towels, sheets, pillow cases, soaps, etc.  There is 1 queen size bed and 2 full size.

Sand Dunes, Mini buggy rentals, Jeep rentals, Boat rentals, Dune Rides, Horse back riding, Craig's Cruisers-Video arcade & Go-carts, Bumper boats, Mini golf, ZIP Line, Shopping, Restaurants, Wine Tasting, Antiques & more..... Reading or taking a nap on the screened in porch is a nice option also  Watching the sunset over Silver Lake & the Dunes is AWESOME...

A $200 security deposit will hold your week. The full rental fee is due in cash upon your arrival & the deposit is not refunded until checkout time after a walkthrough.  A 45 day cancellation notification is necessary to get a deposit refund.  If the rental fee is not paid, the $200 deposit will not be refunded.
