Fuller Camp, 2 miles outside of Warren, NH, our 100-year-old post and beam summer vacation home perches on the banks of the Baker (Asquamchemauke) River which runs down the side of Mt Moosilauke. The large screened-in porch of the big house overlooks the best swimming hole of the granite-bed river, carved out by chrystal clear water over many thousands of years.

The house is rustic, with a huge post and beam living room and stone fireplace.

The eat-in kitchen is adjacent to the dining room.

Upstairs, the six bedrooms are comfortable and airy. Three of them overlook the river, the other three look out on the surrounding woods.

There are 2 full and one 3/4 bathrooms.

The one-storey carriage house has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and one full bathroom.  It is available only as an add-on.

The flow of the river will be the constant lullaby of your vacation, surrounded by nature, a peaceful and restorative place to be.

Reservation Policy: $300 per week you are staying is required upon confirmation to reserve your dates.

Security Deposit Policy: $500 security deposit is required with your signed contract. Deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure less any charges for damage or unusual cleanup.

Pet Policy: Dogs allowed upon prior approval of owners and for a cleaning surcharge of $75 per dog. Guest must clean up any and all pet refuse from the premises.

Smoking Policy: No smoking in the house. No littering of butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: No daily cleaning. You are kindly requested to leave the house as you found it or better.  There is basic cleaning between guests.  A cleaning fee is charged above rent: $150 for big house only, $200 for both houses. 

Linen Policy: Bed linens and towels are not provided, please bring your own. Blankets & pillows are provided.

There is NO dishwasher and NO washing machine on the premises. There is a
laundromat in the nearby town of Warren.

NO TV and NO WiFi. You may access the internet with your own local AOL account, which we do NOT provide.

Cell phones have NO reception here.

Swimming, Hiking, Mushroom hunting, Fishing, Biking, Boating in nearby lakes
(small craft) Yard Sale hunting, Exploring Franconia Notch attractions and Clarks Trading Post and Trained Bears. Or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the immediate surroundings. 

The house is on the side of Mt. Mousilauke and there are several trails up the mountain within five miles.

Plymouth, North Woodstock and Lincoln are all within a 20 minute drive and have movie theaters, restaurant and many attractions.  

Warren village is two miles away, has a couple of restaurants and a charming town center. 

Fuller Camp is a wonderful place for families to gather. Children and adults alike love
playing in the shallow pools, building stone scultpures, finding the numerous waterslides up and down the river, coralling pollywogs, catching frogs. Adults are
known to become very relaxed after a few days here. The kitchen and
dining room can accomodate a large group for cooking and eating together.

June Through September rentals only

July and August rates:
$1,800/week for the Big house (sleeps 11)
$2,200/week for both houses (sleeps 17) -- Little house is not rented separately

July 4th week:
$2,200 for the big house, $2,600 for both houses.

June and September 10% discount off regular weekly rates.  
Nightly rates not discounted.

Nightly rates for June and September:
$300 for the big house, $400 for both houses, per night. 2 night minimum.

Multiple week discount: 10% off subsequent weeks

$300 reservation deposit per week required immediately to secure your dates.

$500 security deposit required at time of signing rental agreement, to be reimbursed within three weeks of completion of your stay, minus any damage or unusual cleanup.

$150 cleaning fee for big house, $200 for both houses, will be added to the rent.

The entire rental fee is due 45 days before your vacation begins.

Dogs are permitted with prior approval of owner; an additional cleaning fee of $75 per dog will be assessed.
