home is just steps from the sand. Completely renovated in 2004 and
stocked with everything you'll need. All linens are provided. Kitchen
is complete with service for 8. Walk to shopping, dining,miniature
golf, go-carts, attractions, banking, and nightlife. Huge privacy
fenced back yard with BBQ and private HOT TUB. Plenty of
parking,lockable garage, all new furnishings and beds. Close to
everything. 100 yards to the sand, 2 miles to Main Street and
Boardwalk, 6 miles to Daytona Int'l Speedway. One hour to
Disney/Orlando. Sparkling clean and very private. Everything you'll
need is provided. Come and enjoy our beach house.

All new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, icemaker, pots, pans and
dishware for 8. All linens provided, 2 TV's, DVD,CD, stereo, washer,
dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, beach cruiser bikes, and
beach towels included.
Bedrooms: 1 Queen, 2 twin, 1 Double and fold-out queen futon in 3rd
bedroom with a sitting room with TV and 1/2 bath for the kids (or
adults) who want their own space.

There is so much to do at our beach house. Swimming, surfing, scuba,
fishing, snorkeling, parasailing, jet ski rental, free concerts at
the historic beachfront Bandshell, the Boardwalk with games and
rides, new water park with pools and water slides and rides, Go-
carts, mopeds, hiking, biking, Daytona International Speedway,
Nascar USA, shopping,
golfing, Disney World, Sea World, Universal, Kennedy Space Center,
Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, beautiful and historic St. Augustine,
