This condo is located in the area's most luxurious oceanfront resort
complex. This adorable 2nd floor, 1 bedroom unit has all the
comforts of home with a full kitchen and breakfast bar. The living
room has a pull-out queen sofa bed and cable TV. The bedroom has
queen bed and cable TV. The bathroom has both a full shower and a
separate shower/tub. The sun room has a dining table and the balcony
off the sun room offers a partial ocean view and a wonderful spot to
relax. Take a dip in the beautiful heated oceanside pool, or soothe
tired muscles in the jacuzzi. The resort boardwalk connects the pool
to a spectacular private stretch of pristine beach with warm waters,
rolling waves and soft sand.

High Season Rate : $700.00 (March and April)

Booking Process:

1. Check unit availability with the online calendar
2. Send an inquiry / email to the owner to verify availability
3. The owner will email you the Renter's Agreement
4. Email the owner a 'full agreement statement' on all items described in the Renter's Agreement
5. Make payment via the Online Payment website or send Check / Money Order (Details in Renter's Agreement)
6. Owner will email the client a Welcome Package that includes: 4-digit electronic door code, directions, maps, and additional information to ensure your vacation starts off perfect!
