This is a fully remodeled, beautifully furnished, clean condo on
South Padre Island. With 1 BR and 1 Bath, it sleeps up to six
guests comfortably.
The complex is well maintained. Very large pool and 2 hot tubs
allow for maximum enjoyment without overcrowding. Enjoy a game of
Tennis on one of our 3 courts. Beachside location without paying
beachfront prices. Access beach down the sidewalk; No Driving!!

South Padre Island has been voted one of the best beaches in the
USA, and has been featured in the New York Times as a hidden gem.
It deserves all the praise and more. I should know; I grew up in
Puerto Rico.
There is something for everyone: Romantic, family-friendly,
sports/outdoors, day-trip Tours to Mexico, shopping, beach bum.
Hiking, Biking, Golf, Basketball, Horseshoes, Miniature Golf,
Amusement Parks, 4wheeling and Go Carts, Great Fishing, Wildlife
viewing, and night clubs, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants,
Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Swimming, boats, Fishing Boats,
Snorkeling/Diving boats, Dolphin Tours, Sunset cruises, banana
boats, Sailing, Windsurfing *bayside or *oceanfront KITEBOARDING

WINTER TEXANS
$1000 per month (1-3 months)
$950 per month (4+ months)
SPRING BREAK -- Any days in March
$1000 per week + tax, or $200 +tax per night. Security wristbands additional. You purchase your
wristbands. References, copy of photo ID, and Credit Card required.
A $40 cleaning fee is added for ALL reservations.
Payment for rental must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in.
$100.00 to $200.00 security/damage deposit to hold unit depending on
season and number of occupants. After check out and cleaning,
refund will be made within one week if unit is left in good
condition.
