Vacation Rental Description

This cozy DunEDEN cottage is perfectly nestled into the old Florida  
gulfront community of Baywood Shores.  While you can safely walk the  
meandering streets here, it is literally a one-minute drive to the  
famous beaches of Honeymoon Island state park(canoe,kayak,bike,hike,  
dogpark,boat,picnic,jetski), Pinellas Trail(walk,bike,skate), or the  
grocery store or McDonald's(!). Visit the shops,antique stores and  
restaurants of quaint downtown Dunedin. The fenced cottage grounds  
include a small butterfly garden and a private inground pool and  
covered patio surrounded by tropical flora. Hear the wild parrots  
and the seabirds as they fly overhead. This is truly paradise!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The updated kitchen is fully applianced, including a side-by-side  
refrigerator with icemaker/water dispenser, dishwasher, GE Profile  
oven and glass cooktop, and GE Profile microwave oven. A separate  
utility room houses the frontload washing machine and the dryer.   
The open-style living area is charming and filled with light, and it  
overlooks the pool & patio. The master bedroom offers a queen-size  
bed and the master bath an oversize ceramic-tile shower with a  
separate door for private pool and patio access.  There is a 2nd  
bedroom and a main bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have  
ceiling fans. 'Slider" doors from LR to patio. Small frig on patio.  
Plenty of parking.

Activities and Attractions

This is an idealic location! Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island with  
all the watersports, rentals available for kayaks, jetskis,  
sailboards, bikes, you name it! This state park includes trails  
and 'workout areas' for those inclined.  The Pinellas Trail lets you  
walk/bike/jog/skate/blade to downtown Dunedin or Tarpon Springs  
shoppes and restaurants and Main Street events. The Dunedin Country  
Club/St. Andrews links is two minutes' drive and can satisfy the  
need to golf! Innisbrook G&CC is 3 miles. Publix supermarket,  
department store, dollar store, gas station are in all comfortable   
walking distance.  Clearwater Beach is 15 minutes; Tampa Airport is  
within 30 minutes drive; Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts are very close;  
Safety Harbor Spa! Name your pleasure!
