MAIN FLOOR- 1113 sq. ft- Livingroom, dinning room, galley kitchen
with breakfast nook, bedroom- queen size bed and master bath
with 2 people whirlpool and marble walls.
2 decks, east deck 12x 20, west deck 12x25 with BBQ. Separate entry.
The main and the loft can sleep 4-7: ----- 4 in the
loft, 2 in the bedroom, in the livingroom- a twin.
LOWER FLOOR: 1473 sq. ft. Separate entry. Office area/family room
with Pool Table and pull out couch, laundry, bathroom, 1 bedroom with
queen size bed and all glass sunroom area, and then another separate
area: a sunroom with a small bedroom with two twin beds, and the
large sunroom sitting area.

The lake community's Private pool & sandy lake beach are minutes
away as are tennis & basketball courts. Fishing is fabulous. The
biggest large mouth bass in New York State.
There is a row boat with electric motor and a peddle boat free for
your use and pontoon boat at the marina for a reasonable fee, and
beach area at the Lodge and 2 pools.
The surrounding towns offer a variety of activities.
Athens and Coxsackie have Hudson River boat launching and many
places to eat nearby. Catskill 10 minutes has shops, supermarket.
Hudson town is only 15 minutes away and has a 2 hour Amtrak train to
NYC and many antique shops, a movieplex.
Windham and Hunter have skiing and hiking only 30 minutes.
Albany 30 minutes away has top Hospitals and Shopping Malls and
Multiplex Movies- Crossgates Mall.
Catskill area has Game Farms, horsebackriding, Fine Dinning, Hudson
River Cruises, Wineries, Baloon rides.
Saratoga Springs and Race Track and Saratoga Perform Arts Center
(the summer home of New York City Ballet and Philarmonic) is about
one hour away from Athens.
Tanglewood, Mass- the summer home of the Boston Philarmonic is also
about one hour away.
