a few miles from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. 
 
This "Luxury" Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a den. Sleeps 4  
with a King sized bed in master bedroom and twin beds in the guest  
room.  This home has been newly renovated from top to bottom. The  
new kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and new  
stainless appliances. There is new tile throughout the living areas.  
New carpet in all other rooms. This home has been newly decorated  
and includes a 2 car garage and screened Lanai.  
 
All essentials are provided including linens, dishes and fully  
equipped kitchen. Golf and Social membership to the club pass to  
renter.  
 
This is the closest Golf Club Community to Sanibel Island. Only 2.5  
miles to the Sanibel Causeway.
