Vacation Rental Description

New luxury condo located at 1125 12th Street NW, Washington, DC. 
This condo is located in the heart of DC.  Many convenient walking 
destinations including the Washington Convention Center, MCI Center, 
Martin Luther King Memorial Library, National Museum of Women in the 
Arts, Franklin Park, the beautiful and revitalized China Town, Metro 
Stations, shops, restaurants, and etc.  Off site parking is 
available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo has over 550 sq ft of living space and includes one 
bedroom, one full bath, a living-dining room, and a fully appointed 
kitchen.  The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and there 
is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.  All bedding and 
towels are supplied. The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, 
dishes, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and 
washer/dryer. The condo also has a TV with cable, a VCR and DVD 
player.  High speed DSL Internet service and local phone service is 
provided (a calling card is needed to make long distance phone 
calls).

-Metro Stations
-etc

All of the Washington area tourist sites are within a short subway 
ride or cab ride of the condo.

Condo Restrictions:
