Our single dwelling cottage is located within the Sandestin Resort,
the premier, vacation destination on Florida's Emerald Coast.
Sandestin is seven miles east of Destin and is midway between
Pensacola and Panama City. The 2400-acre resort has seven miles of
waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and is world
famous for its sugar-white sand beaches and emerald water. The
resort has miles of walking/jogging/biking trails.
Our spacious two bedroom cottage has a private backyard on the sixth
hole of one of four golf courses including two fishing ponds out our
back door. Our cottage is in a quite neighborhood off the beaten
path, which makes a peaceful surrounding. Our neighborhood offers a
pool that is in walking distance from our cottage.
The master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed and features a
bathroom with a separate shower and sink area. The other bedroom
includes a queen-size bed with sliding glass doors to the screened
in back porch. The living room includes a pull out sofa to
accommodate additional occupants.
Tram services are available and can pick you up at your front door
to take you anywhere on the resort
Located in Sandestin resort is The Baytown Wharf which includes
shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The southeast's, largest,
designer, outlet mall, is located just five minutes away!
