Whether your trip is that Disney family holiday, or you are looking
for a great relaxing vacation villa for everyone to enjoy while you
attend a convention at the Orlando Convention Center, this is the
perfect place. Go to Disney's Magic Kingdom in the morning, and
then a short trip back to the house to let the kids enjoy the hot
afternoon in your own private swimming pool, fully screened, while
you enjoy a relaxing lunch, perhaps a barbecue on the free-to-use
gas grill (for a fraction of Disney food prices). Then enjoy drinks
on the patio, before maybe returning to the Park to enjoy the great
fireworks?

Imagine waking up to an early cup of coffee (coffee maker provided),
and sitting on your pool patio in 60-70 degree weather in middle of
winter, as you watch the sun come up, knowing it's snowing at home.

And if you really cannot keep away from work (shame!), or maybe you
and the kids just need to keep up with the e-mail, we have free
unlimited wireless broadband – your use subject to your ISP - just
bring your laptop or notebook, connect and all the family can keep

This Disney vacation villa is located in a beautiful community of
homes in a quiet and secluded area, but only a few hundred yards
from US Hwy 192 with restaurants, malls, markets, Wal-Mart
Supercenter, and many activities such as golf of all standards from
municipal to to Championship, airboating, etc.

This is a great location for your Disney vacation, no matter what
your plans. Easy 30 minute drive from Orlando Int'l Airport and
about an hour from Sanford. Located 15 minutes from Disney and 20
minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. Only 20 minutes from
the huge Orlando, FL Convention Center. Within five minutes you will
find family restaurants, Medieval Times, Pirates Golf, Shopping
Mall, Gift Shops, Outlet Malls and factory shops, and much more.

Many local activities from golf of all standards to tennis plus
helicopter rides, Warbird historical aircraft museum, airboat rides
and more. Only one Hour from beautiful Florida Space Coast beaches
and Cape Canaveral! About the same time the other way to Tampa,
Busch Gardens and the elegant Gulf Coast resorts.

As well as broadband, amenities include a DVD / VCR players, a CD
player, digital cable TV (standard cable in all bedrooms), and a
PlayStation 2 with games. This lovely home comes with all
appliances, kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, linens and towels (with
suitable drinkware and towels specifically for poolside).

Kissimmee has a great year-round climate. Golfers can enjoy several
nearby courses of all standards, all within 10 – 30 minutes drive.
The area also has opportunities for tennis, fishing, water sports,
and other outdoor leisure activities. Or if you simply want to
relax, go for it: grab a book from our library, chill out by the
pool, and just take it easy.

We have 2 rollaway beds. We also have 2 cribs (one is fully assembled w/mattress + cover: please

linen that suits your little one), strollers (2), and highchair. Pool screen and baby-gate at top
of stairs for your
children's safety.

viewing, horseback riding, live theater, cinemas, sightseeing,

All rates add 13% tax. Rates include cleaning; no gratuities.
Party leader must be 24 or over. Minimum 6 nights.
$300 deposit with reservation - held as security - returned after
checkout. Full payment required 45 days before arrival (90 days
