Vacation Rental Description

Perfect beach getaway that has a great view of the ocean & swimming  
pool. No roads to cross & no cars to deal with as it is on a no-drive beach. Groceries are easy to  
get as you are located across the street from Food Lion. The master suite has a king size bed and  
the guest room has a queen bed. In the family room we have a queen sized leather sleeper sofa,  
recliner & chair. There are 2 tv's dvd player & stereo for your enjoyment. The kitchen has a new 
refrigerator, glass-top stove, microwave & dishwasher for your convienence. This is absolutely the  
best value on the beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In the condo complex there is a pool with a kiddie pool right next  
to it.  There are also shuffle boards, and a club house.  You are  
only steps away from the beach.  Laundry rooms are located on each  
floor.

Activities and Attractions

There are many activities to do in New Smyrna Beach.  From swimming  
to boating or fishing.  As always, best of all relaxing!

Vacation Rental Rates

$500-$1050 Per week February-April and July 
$500- $750 Per week off season 
$2000-$2600 Per month 
$1000 Per week on Holidays 
 
Rates do not include Florida Resort Tax (12.5%) 
A $200.00 deposit guarantees your reservation, 
Your deposit becomes a damage deposit upon check-in. 
Deposits are returned 30 days after departure. 
Deposits are not applied to the rental rates. 
A 60 day cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund. 
Utilities and local phone calls are included. 
Payment for departure cleaning is due at check-in.  
Departure cleaning is $78.75 (plus 12.5% tax)
