921 Cinnamon Beach is located in Ocean Hammock, a luxury resort on
Florida’s beautiful Palm Coast. This three-year old condominium has
three bedrooms, three baths with over 2300 square feet of inviting
space. It is the end unit on the south side of the building’s second
floor.
When you step through the door of our condo, you are struck by the
richness of the tiled foyer with its wooden bench, lovely accent
table and inviting carpet. A glance to the right takes you into the
dining and living areas. This spacious, bright home has been
professionally decorated in soft shades with woven accents. You can
relax in the deep cushions on the sofa, ottoman and two chairs. The
entertainment center, which boasts a television, DVD, and stereo, is
hidden in an armoire. The dining area has a glass pedestal table
surrounded by soft cushion chairs.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters offers
working space for
more than one cook and plenty of room for food storage. Barstools
offer a nice place to perch for conversation. A table and four
chairs by a sunny window make a perfect place for children or for
those working on a puzzle.
The balcony on the west side offers views of the graceful pedestrian
bridge and the lake with its abundant and varied wildlife. This is
a perfect place to relax and to enjoy the sunset while lounging on
the balcony.
We have three bedrooms, in a private split plan, each with its own
bath. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with an
entertainment center tucked in an armoire and a comfortable chair
for reading. The spacious bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a
separate shower stall. Separate sink areas and cabinets provide
plenty of room for all of your toiletries. The second bedroom has a
queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each room has
soft chairs, plenty of storage, and a TV/DVD/VCR. All bathrooms
have hairdryers.
The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed. Our unit
also has a large utility room with full sized washer and dryer.

Golf Club with its coveted oceanfront Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf
Course and Ginn PGA Tournaments. Eight other world-
class courses are located within a few miles.
Families will enjoy the Scenic Byway Bike Path, which winds its way
for miles through a lovely tropical canopy. Bring your bikes or
rent them locally.
