kitchen with all necessary cooking and serving utensils, spacious  
private rear yard with Views, lots of patio space, swimming pool  
with fiber-optic perimeter lighting, 10 person spa, gas firepit, gas  
barbecue, children's play house, and two car garage. There are TV's  
in the family room, office and master suite; a private deck off one  
bedroom; and even a baby grand piano in the living room.  
 
Santa Barbara, California is known as the American Riviera due to  
our breathtaking scenery and mild and sunny climate 12 months per  
year. Our beautiful city lies about 100 miles (160 km.) North-West  
of Los Angeles--less than 2 hours by car--and 350 miles (560 km.)  
South of San Francisco.

$3,200 per week all other times.
