Direct Ocean View and Only Steps to the Beach in Ormond by the Sea

Our spacious owner managed condominium home is a first floor end unit
offering beautiful north and east unobstructed views of the ocean.  We are on the west  side of A1A with no buildings obstructing our ocean view and really just steps from the  access stairway to the quiet no-drive beach, so convenient.  We are located in Seabridge North Condominiums built in 1994, one of the newer constructions in Ormond Beach.

We have tastefully redecorated recently and are constantly making improvements and adding to the home  for the comfort of our guests.  We appreciate how valuable your vacation time is and want you to have the best experience possible so we strive to offer you great value and prompt and friendly response to questions and issues.  This is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, home base for interesting day trips or a longer stay to avoid the frigid north!

You will be located 5-10 minutes from shopping and restaurants and
only 20 minutes from the hustle of exciting Daytona Beach, the
Speedway, museums and more. Head west to Silver Springs for a day at LegoLand, or Orlando or north will put you in St. Augustine, go south and you
will enjoy Cape Canaveral or just stay home and relax on your balcony.

The Living room features a  27 inch TV with cable and remote,
DVD, and a comfortable sofa  sleeper, and recliner. A sliding glass
door opens to the wrap around balcony which offers seating to enjoy
the spectacular sunrises and ocean view or watch for dolphins and
colorful kite boarders.

After a day at the beach, pool or sightseeing, you will appreciate
the master suite with two ocean views, the comfortable queen bed, TV
with remote, ample storage,walk-in closet, and it's own bath
with large shower. The second cozy bedroom offers two twin beds,TV
with remote, and ample storage and walk-in closet. The second
bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms and baths feature
quality linens.

"Well stocked" describes the kitchen with  over the range
microwave. Cooking, baking, serving pans and utensils are supplied
as well as coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cooker, George foreman grill, and toaster.
Everything you need to cook a little or alot, your choice. The
dining table accommodates four to six.

Pets, boats and trailers are not allowed per association rules, and
we have a no smoking policy in the home.
