Three bedroom/two bath condo on second floor with ocean view with
pool located within a gated community. Sleeps 6 (2 queens size beds
and 2 twin size beds) AC in all bedrooms, celing fans, Cable TV,
DVD, CD, FM Tuner with surround sound. Fully equiped kicthen.
Within a 5 minute drive to ocean beaches and approximately 10 to 15
minute drive to town of Rincon. The lower unit is also available for
rent if there is a group of more than 6 traveling together you can
all be in the same building with own separate living spaces. This
unit is set up exactly the same as 2nd floor unit.

$125 to $175 per night - available weekly, monthly with a 3 night
minimum. $250 security deposit and $75 deposit for gate opener and
