This home was built circa. 1808 and has some of the finest examples of architecture and details fashionable in the late 1700’s and early 1800’s. Our cottages are luxuriously furnished and elegantly decorated, most having antiques from the mid to late 1800’s and some even earlier.

Kerlerec House can be rented for groups of 1 to 32 guest max for ultimate privacy you will like to Rent the Entire Complex. Our suites/Units are luxuriously furnished and retain most or the original architecture and beamed ceilings and have all the modern Conveniences & Amenities of Home. The Main House is rentable as one unit accommodating up to 12 guests. With 2 people to the Queen Size Beds in the Down Stairs Bedrooms, 2 Guests in the 2 Full Size Beds Up Stairs as well as the Queen Size Futon in the Double parlor & 1 each in the Daybed & Trundle. You can add more units as needed to accommodate the number of guests, Rent the Entire Property for more privacy for your group. The two bedroom Mardi Gras apt., can sleep up to 8, 2 guest in the 2 Queen Size Beds, Full Size Loft & Queen Size Futon. The French Quarter one bedroom sleeps 4 guests 2 in the King Size Bed & 2 on the Queen Size Futon. The Garden Cottage can accommodate 3 guests 2 on the Queen Size Bed & 1 in the Single Size Futon in the Loft. The Crows Nest can accommodate 4, 2 in the Queen Size bed & 2 on the Full Size Futon. One of the bedroom down stairs in the Main House Four Poster Bed with Antique Ball an Claw Foot Tub for ultimate privacy and romance. Only 1 block from world famous Bourbon Street & 3 blocks from the Heart of the New Orleans Jazz Scene located on Frenchman St there are 30 plus Bars located on Frenchman most of them having free admission. You will be staying at the center of all New Orleans has to offer, the local scene, as well as all the amazing tourist attractions. You will be just a short walk to some of the most famous restaurants in the world. Experience New Orleans day or night as a local would in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city then retreat to our Lush Court Yards or our Elegantly Furnished, Comfortable & Private Guest House.

 The Entire Kerlerec Complex, can be rented for $1,400.00 per night, for
     special events the rental is $1,700.00 to $1,900.00 which includes all three 
     houses, and all 5 Apartments described above.  For a large group (up to 32 price based on 23 guest, $25.00 per person per night over 21)

Mardi Gras Suite:  2 Bedroom Cottage. $300.00/night for 4 guests plus
    $25 per guest over 4, Max 8.  5 guests $325.00, 6 guests $350.00, 
    7 guests $375.00, 8 guests $400.00 per night. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed there is also a full size in the loft. The living room can accommodate 2 additional guests on a queen-size futon. Also has antique drop-leaf dining room table and chairs.  This suite has a kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range and fully equipped.  Full size bath.                                                                   

 French Quarter Suite:  1 Bedroom Cottage. $200.00/night for 2 guests plus
   $25 per guest over 2, Max 4. 3 guests $225.00, 4 guests $250.00 per night.        
     This cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests, It has a king-size bed in     
     the bedroom with a queen-size futon in the living room for 2 additional guests. 
     Also has antique drop-leaf dining room table and chairs.  This suite has a kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range and fully equipped.  Full size bath.

Garden Cottage:  $175.00/night for 2 guests, for 3 guests $200.00   This studio
    style apartment has a queen-size bed a single size futon in the loft, a sitting area with   small antique drop-leaf dining table and chairs.  Kitchen fully equipped with range, refrigerator and bath.

Crow's Nest: $89.00/night for 2 guests or $100.00/night for 3 guests, $125.00 for 4
   guests.  This suite has a queen size bed for 2 guest and a futon for 2 additional guests.  Includes a small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and small antique dining table and chairs. The Crow's Nest is tucked away at the top of the main house with a private deck. This unusual space is for those not looking for conventional accommodations.

Kerlerec House:  Our 4 bedroom home can accommodate up to 12 guests.
   $450.00/night for 4 guests. Additional guests $ 25 a night up to 12
   Guests, $475.00 5 guests, $500.00 6 guests, $525.00 7 guests, $550.00 8 guests,
   $575.00 9 guests, $600.00 10 guests, $625.00 11 guests, $650.00 12 guests. 
     The main house has 2 queen size beds downstairs, and 2 full size beds upstairs
      as well as a day bed and trundle also there is a Queen size Futon in the parlor. 

    
 The Entire Kerlerec Complex, can be rented for $1,400.00 per night, for

All apartments have access to the courtyards and hot tub.

Rates may vary depending on time of year and special events.

*   “Special event” dates include, but are not limited to: New Year, Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Final Four, Bayou Classic, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Jazz Fest (last weekend of April and first weekend of May), July 4th  (Essence Festival), Southern Decadence (Labor Day), Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and certain conventions.  Some weekends in April and October are also high tourism dates.  4 day minimum for special events.
