Kerlerec House in New Orleans

This property can be rented as one large complex which can
accommodate up to 20 guests or as individual units. The main house
is rentable as one unit accommodating up to 10 guests. The two
bedroom, guest apartment can sleep up to six, with a loft and a
queen size futon. The one bedroom guest cottage can accommodate up
to 4 guests,
with two on the futon. The garden cottage can accommodate two guests
for the ultimate privacy.
We offer a unique experience in one of New Orleans' oldest
neighborhoods. This compound, comprised of main house and cottages,
is nestled amongst lush, tropical foliage, landscaped gardens,
patios, and courtyards where you can relax after a long day of
sightseeing or meetings, or start off your day enjoying a cup of New
Orleans coffee.
More amenities than most hotels: Each private accommodation has all
the creature comforts of a hotel, but with more amenities, as most
accommodations have a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious seating
areas, unlimited, free local telephone calls, and a stereo system.

plus $25 per guest

French Quarter Suite: One bedroom cottage-$175 per night for 2
guests plus $25 per guest
over 2. Max 4.
Garden cottage-$150 per night for 2 guests.
Jazz Club- $100/night for 2 guests. This studio style suite
includes full size bed, galley kitchen and full-size bath.

Crow's Nest-can be included in main house rental or separately for
$75 for 2 guests. Tucked away at the top of the main
house with
a large private deck. This unusual space is for those not looking
for conventional accommodations.

Prices vary during special events* and high season dates (April,
October, November).

Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Final Four, Mardi Gras, French Quarter Fest,
Easter, St. Patrick?s Day, Jazz Fest (last weekend of April and
first weekend of May), July 4th (Essence Festival), Labor Day,
Southern Decadence, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and certain
conventions. 4 day minimum for special events.
