their own motor boat may also make use of the private dock during

Patio table with chairs are great for outdoor dining while the
Adirondack chairs provide a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the
sunset. With so many activities to do along with a scenic backdrop,

Sunny Days is just 1 1/2 hours from Boston, 30 minutes north of
Portsmouth, about 30 minutes from Winnipesaukee, and 50 minutes
south of North Conway. Its excellent location offers easy access to
all those fun attractions in the White Mountains region such as
Clarks Trading Post, Santa's Village, Loon Mt.etc.

"Sunny Days" is a perfect location for swimming, boating, fishing and sunning!
Fishermen will be delighted to know the lake is stocked yearly with
trout and has many other varieties of fish bass, perch, pickerel,
etc.). Use the rowboat provided to go fishing, or fish off your
private dock. Get more adventurous and rent a jet ski or a party
boat nearby. The backyard has a large basketball court and well kept
lawns which are great for playing bocce, badminton and croquet. Dine
outside on the patio table or relax in your Adirondack chairs and
watch the boats and skiers go by.In the evening, sit around
the "firepit" by the water and toast up marshmellows!
Take day trips to popular N.E. attractions: cultural Portsmouth for
fine dining,theatre and festivals; outlet shopping in taxfree Conway
NH; hike in the White Mountain region; Story Land; ride the tram in
North Conway; visit Clark's Trading Post in Lincoln,NH; walk the

"Sunny Days" offers a pleasant getaway during the spring, summer and fall. A deposit of 1/2 the rental fee will reserve your week. The balance can be paid upon arrival.Prices range from $550 during off-peak times to $1095 for peak weeks. Spring and Fall are beautiful times to spend in the foothills of the White Mountains when "Sunny Days" is available at off-peak prices. Special weekend rates may be possible.
