Vacation Rental Description

Now in the beautiful village of Aptos, California, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach,  
gentle ocean swimming, restaurants, bars, markets, all along the promanade that goes passt the  
cement boat.  A very private setting surrounded by oak trees and giant ferns.

room, the kitchen - living room - dining room- deck - 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The  On the first level  
there is a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room pantry, closet. This is a open floor  
plan with vaulted/cathedral ceiling seperated from the living room with a wrap around bar and four  
bar stools. the kitchen has a large stainless steele frig., ice maker, 16 pot coffee make electric  
stove and oven microwave toaster dishwasher waffel iron crab pot crock pot turkey roaster blender  
mixer just about everything  your might need or want. In the living room there is a large sofa with  
built in lounge chair, a tasteful recliner and other comfortable chairs, a large gas fireplace, 32  
inch tv dvd, phone. and stereo.  The dining area can seat up to 8 persons.  There is a large  
bookcase filled with books and games. There is a deck with lounge chairs and a full bathroom. The   
downs stairs are 3 of the 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds and views of the sun room and ocean.  
Two of them have TV's and dvd's. There is a hallway with dial up internet, desk and phone.  A  
bathroom with double kohler sinks and bathtub. The 4th bathroom is busy in the making. off this room  
is the washer and dryer, and off this room is a covered room with a foos ball game and exersize  
machine. the 4th bedroom is seperated by a large patio with a gas fireplace, table and chairs,  
plants, so you can even barbeque in the rain. The 4th bedroom has a canopy kingsize bed, gas  
fireplace, tv dvd, phone, large closet, full bathroom with bathtub. All linens are supplied, we  
don't just leave them on the bed for you to makeup, we do it so you can just walk in and start  
enjoying yourselves, family and friends. 
is the very modern kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room,  
full bathroom. This in open floor plan with vaulted/cathedral  
ceilings. The breakfast bar seperates the rest of the area, guests  
can sit at the bar and gaze at the ocean and talk to the chef. ocean  
views from the kitchen, living room, deck, dining room 2 of the 4  
bedrooms. This home sleeps 8 persons each with their OWN PRIVATE  
bedroom. there is a full bath on this level. The kitchen has a large  
frig, gas stove, ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, nice  
dishes, good pots and pans, even a crab pot and linen napkins. The  
living room has a large sectional sofa with lounge chair, tasteful  
recliner for those big guys, other comfortable chairs. A 32 inch TV 
dvd, vcr and many movies. The gas fireplace is large and faces the  
sofa. There is a phone and a book put together to feature all of this  
great coast, restaurants, things to do with children, menus, etc.  
There is a stereo with many tapes and disks.  The dining table is  
large with 6 chairs and 2 folding chairs. There is a large bookcase  
with many books and games for children and adults. This home is  
beautifully decorated with oil paintings, soft linens in the bedrooms, 
furnished more like a home than a rental.  Downstairs are three  
bedrooms all with queen size beds, two with TV's dvd's and two with  
ocean views. There is a sitting room off these bedrooms in a  
solorarium with comfortable chairs, table also with a ocean view.  
This room is very solar since it is all glass, I like to have my  
first cup of coffee, read a book gaze at the ocean.  The bathroom on  
this level has double Kohlar sinks, bathtub, shower. The 4th bedroom  
is seperated by a large patio from the main house.  it has a high  
glass ceiling, gas barbeque, table, chairs and many flower pots, an  
outdoor rug. The large guest bedroom has a sliding door, gas  
fireplace, sky lights, kingsize canopy bed, beautiful linens, tv vcr  
dvd, 2 windows, large closet, and its very own bathroom with shower  
and bathtub. perfect to put your guests that like to sleep longer. We  
provide all linens, your beds made up so all you have to do is come  
in and start enjoying yourselves.  We provide kleenex in every bedroom 
and water bottles.  The home has forced air heating plus the two  
fireplaces. It never gets that hot in the summer and cools off at  
night. There is also a game room downstais with fouse ball and dart  
board.  We love this home and we hope you do to. 
 
 
also a full bathroom. Seperated from the main house is the honeymooon  
cottage with a king size canopy bed, fireplace, complete bahthroom  
and large closets. There is a covered patio with gas barbeque and  
seating for up to 8 persons.  The hot tub is in a atrium also with a  
great ocean view.

Vacation Rental Rates

summer  (june to september) $330 per night 
winter (september to June 18) $275 per night 
all holidays $330.00 3 day minimum 
we provide all paper products, cleaning supplies (washer detergent dishwasher soap) also all linens,  
cloth napkins. sheets, not just put on your bed, made up for your arrival. We also provide most  
spices.  This is a added plus: if there is not one arriving on your last day you may stay as long as  
you like. Also on checking in if no one is leaving the same day, you can check in when you like. but 
PLEASE ASK ME FIRST otherwise check in is 3:00 check out is 12:00
