Summer Rates (May - September):
$515 / Night - $3350/ Week
1 week minimum stay.
Winter Rates (Oct - April):
$450/night - $2925/week
2 night minimum stay (except for holidays)
County tax is 11% on top of home rental and housecleaning cost.
Cleaning Fee: $150 (includes linens).
Damage Fee: $40
Booking Fee: $20
Pet Deposit: $50 refundable deposit per pet
