Bed linens and Towels included in rental, also kitchen non perishables. Kitchen equipped with everything you need including dishes, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Folding chairs so that you can sit outside and enjoy the mountain air. House has a surround sound 32" flat screen tv in the Living Room, cd player, dvd player, plug for your ipod and a vcr as well as high def cable tv. There is also telephone service and no charge for calls anywhere in the US. The condo also has Wi-Fi internet access. IT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

Summer $500 Week $400 3 day weekend
Winter $1,000 Week $600 3 day Holiday weekend, $160 per night 2 day
minimum.
Discounts for Monthly/Seasonal Rental
We take a $200 refundable deposit and require a $50 cleaning fee. During the deal period these amounts are included in the rental fee.
