Vacation Rental Description

This unit has been completely renovated; everything is brand new. 
Large (Non-Smoking) studio located directly on the beach. It has a 
fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two full-size beds, 
and a pull-out sleeper-sofa. This unit has a city view.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Outside, the pool area is located directly on the beach with an 
awesome pool (heated in the winter). Located on the pool patio is a 
outside restaurant and tiki bar with live entertainment and seven 
televisions (direct TV to watch all the football games at the same 
time). The lobby includes a restaurant, night club lounge, beauty 
salon, massage palor, and stores.

Activities and Attractions

There's no need for a car, shops, stores, and night clubs are in 
walking distance, Located across the street is a Grocery Store. By 
car, it is 15 minutes from the Ft, Lauderdale Airport, dog & horse 
tracks, tennis, golfing, the Galleria Mall, and gambling cruises.
