2 baths, open, fully equipped kitchen with lots of cupboards and
workspace, and a 20x30 foot great room with cathedral ceiling.
New for 2010 are an outdoor kitchen and patio, complete with gas grill, fridge and sink, with stonework by Adam Phillips.
The house sits on 16 acres of fields and woods, which abut East Mountain
State Forest.
