Lovely, beautifully furnished house overlooking Robinson Pond, a
private lake, free of power boats and well stocked with fish. There
are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a 10x30ft loft with a guest bed. The
living room is 20x20, with a working fireplace and a piano. Lake
frontage is about 50ft. Taconic Shores Property Owners' Assn.
maintains three beaches at various points on the lake. The 10x30ft
enclosed porch is perfect for watching the sun rise over the
Berkshires and the lake.

Activities and Attractions

Robinson Pond offers all the water activities one would expect, except
power boating. The area - Columbia and Berkshire Counties - is noted

20 miles. Tanglewood is about 25 miles, and antiques are everywhere -
especially in Hudson, NY and Sheffield, MA.

2008 - July and August - $7,000 per month, utilities included

2008 - May, June - $2,500 per month, utilities included 
       (negotiable if part of extended summer season)

2008 - September thru November - $2,500 per month, utilities included

2008/2009 - Ski Season - $2,500 per month, utilities not included
