Close at hand are a neighborhood ice cream parlor and pizza restaurant.This is a classic beach house with beautiful woodwork and archways which add to the charm. The apartment has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and an enclosed sun porch. There is a lovely deck on the back of the house with table and chairs for alfresco dining and additional seating.  Storage space is avaialble in the garage for your bikes and beach equipment. Off-street parking for one car  is available. This is an ideal vacation spot for families.

The apartment is fully airconditioned with central air.Two bedrooms each have sets of twin beds, one bedroom has a full size bed with private bathroom. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with a large screen TV with cable and DVD, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave,fully equiped kitchen, outside beach shower.Use of 4 beach badges is included in the rate at no additional cost(children under 12 do not need beach badges).

Tennis courts, Fishing, Restaurants, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Parasailing, Basketball are all available on the island. Ocean City is a bike friendly town and bikes are available for rental at several locations. The library has free wifi for use on your own laptop, and the adjoining aquatic and fitness center offers daily and weekly use.
