This beautiful condo with a boat slip is the perfect spot for your vacation. Park the car &
you will never need to drive all week. There’s a convenient deli/grocer/party store just
steps away. Within a couple of blocks is the beach, a park where many art fairs are held,
downtown with many restaurants & shops. If that doesn’t please you, simply relax on the
private deck and watch the boats go by. If you are a cyclist the Kal-Haven Trail is right out
the back door! This is a non-smoking condo and there is no smoking in the common
areas. Enjoy the fresh clean air!

Because of the immediate proximity to the river, rental to families is limited to those
whose children are excellent swimmers, no toddlers please.

Deluxe master suite with king size bed, large flat screen TV and spa-like bathroom with Jacuzzi tub
and large shower with rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom has a brass queen bed, TV and view
of the river. A third room has a sitting area with a loveseat hide-a-bed. You will love the
upscale kitchen with everything you need including Calphalon cookware. For entertainment we have
three TV's with cable, DVD Players, Stereo with CD player, CD and DVD library, and high speed
wireless internet. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. You will enjoy the deck
with table and chairs, gas grill and a better view than Captain Lou's.
