Rental Rates:

January- March $2900/monthly (THREE MONTHS or LONGER Seasonal Rentals
@ $2450/month!!!)

April-August $795/weekly OR $2600/monthly

September-December $695/weekly or $1950/monthly

(Last two holiday weeks in December at JUST $895/week!!!)

Flexibility in travel dates can often get you a discount or even a
FREE night!!!

$200 deposit (or 20% of Full Rental Fee, whichever is greater)is due
at time of reservation (applicable towards total
rental fee) plus a $70 cleaning fee due with balance of rent just
prior to arrival. Any stay of ONE WEEK or more will waive the final
cleaning fee.
NOTE: Rentals of 3 months or MORE, will receive a the stated discount;
however 20% Reservation Deposit is required due
to longer stay.

*** Sarasota/Orlando (Disney Area)COMBINATION PACKAGES also
available upon request (for rentals of at LEAST two weeks).
