24th Street Beach Block Vacation Condo in North Wildwood

A new Jersey paradise with one of the worlds most beatuful beaches
(no beach tags required). Relax and enjoy the beach and boardwalk
which are only steps away with NO STREETS TO CROSS from our beach
block, fully equipped condo. If you love the sun, sand and surf then
there is no better place to be than here.

This first floor condo (no smoking) has three beautifully decorated
bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed and full bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a third with a pyramid bunk (twin top,
double bottom), a hall bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Spacious
living area and balcony ready for you to relax and bask in the night ocean air.

No pets permitted, thank you.

Big screen TV in living area and TV's in three bedrooms, air
conditioning, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD/VCR combo in living
area, DVD in third bedroom, CD/stereo, 2-car garage, gas fireplace,
full kitchen including cooking utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, ironing board and iron plus an outside shower.

Renters are responsible for bringing all bed linens and towels.

We are located between Moreys and Sportland Piers. Activites include
shopping, restaurants, amusements, miniature golf, surfing, and much
more. Close by are athletic fields and an outdoor skate park.

April - $800/week
April 28 - May 12 - $900/week
May 12- May 19 - $1,200/week
May 19 - June 23 - $1,650/week
June 23 - September 1 - $2,200/week
September 1 - September 8 - $1,850/week
September 8 - September 22 - $1,650/week
September 22 - October 6 - $1,100/week
October 6 - October 27 - $750/week

Security Deposit - $350 - refundable after unit inspection and keys
are returned

If available:
Labor Day Weekend - $900/3 nights

Special Events Weekends - $1,100/3 nights
Off season weekends - $500/2 nights (Nov 1 thru May 1)

Rental is from Saturday - Saturday, check in is 2:00pm and checkout
is 10:00am.

Primarily to families, but will consider renting to adults 25 years
of age or over.
