Rosemary Beach "IN" Rosemary Style. Our Flat is located on the
desireable top floor and is in the most southern facing building.
This location makes our Flat superior in terms of views and breezes
with an expansive roof top view of Rosemary and St Augustine Park.
Our well-furnished and appointed Flat features two bedrooms and two
baths and will sleep six in comfort. The master features a king bed
and the guest room has two twin beds. The sleeper sofa is queen-
sized.
We have an electronic package that features in the living room a
large TV with DVD player and VCR with a stereo system with surround
sound. The guest bedroom has a TV with DVD player and VCR and
GameCube. The master has a large TV with DVD player and VCR along
with a printer/fax/copier. Our unit is served by wireless internet
access.
The master bath has both a separate tub and shower and double
vanity. The guest bath has a tub/shower and single vanity. The
kitchen has top of the line GE stainless appliances, granite counter
tops and features the tools any gourmet would appreciate.

rental rates are at the low end of the available Flats and with our
professionally-decorated vacation home, we feel we have the best-
priced and appointed Flat in Rosemary.
The Flats are located on St Augustine Park, the largest park in
Rosemary and the location of many family and children sporting
activities. We are just steps from the Cabana Pool and less than
three minutes from downtown, the Fitness Center and the Sky Pool.
The beach is about six minutes in walking distance and less on a
bike. All of Rosemary is interconnected by boardwalks and pathways
so no one is very far from any amenity.
The Flats are served by elevators and have private parking.
