Green Village Condominiums in Playacar, Playa del Carmen Playa del
Carmen is a famous resort town located on the magnificent
Mexican Caribbean, just 40 miles south of Cancun International
Airport. Covered by lush tropical forest and nested in some of the
most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. The yearly average
temperature is 82 F. The warm turquoise Caribbean water is crystal
clear and provides incredible access to a variety of water sports
including world-class scuba & snorkeling. White sand beaches,
natural wonders and Mayan ruins attract tourist from all over the
world. Romantic dining, beachside cafes and all the exciting
nightlife make this small quaint town an ultimate vacation
destination.
Situated in the luxurious Playacar gated community behind the 17th
hole of Robert Von Hague designed golf course, We have carefully
designed this condo with an Indonesian style. There is a Master
bedroom with a Queen size bed and its own full bathroom. There is a
second room with 2 individual beds and also with its own bathroom.
We have 2 electronic safety boxes, one in each room. We also have a
T.V. and D.V.D. in each bedroom. ( there is no cable ). In the
living room there is also a sofabed to accomadate another 2 persons.
Here there is a great swimming pool beautifully designed!...u can
also use the Great barbecue facilities to Grill your favourite
dishes!... We also have a laundry room with washer and we have
installed a drying rack on the outside balcony. Oh...and of course
air conditioning in all rooms ( 3 central units ). Enjoy every
moment here just 5 min from the beautiful white sands of the Mayan
Riviera!

There is an extra fee of 25$ a day if there is 5 to 6 people renting.
When booking for high season 100% pre-pay is required.
Cancellation less then 60 days, refund returned minus 25% booking
fee charge.
Reservations, deposits and payments:
50% deposit to secure you reservation. Remaining balance due in USD
cash at the time of your arrival. NOTE: We can not accept checks or
credit cards for remaining balance due.

2. US traveler checks accepted.
3. Bank wire. We will provide bank wiring instructions.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to your arrival. We will issue
you a bank check refunding amount paid minus 20% booking fee.
