We are listing our gulf/lagoon pool view condo for the first time as  
of October 3, 2007 
 
Located between Rosemary and Alys Beach on the gulf side of 30-A  
High Pointe Resort is unique in its location, pricing and features.  
It has become the number one family vacation and get away spot along  
the 30-A corridor because of the nature of the community and the  
value provided. 
 
High Pointe is gated, private, secure, and has its own beach, lagoon  
pool, tennis, grill and bar and so much more. 
 
The 6500 square foot pool is the centerpiece of the resort and is  
one of the largest on 30-A. Built in a heavily landscaped lagoon  
theme, it is a favorite of kids and adults alike. Because High  
Pointe is a self contained, behind the gates resort, it also has a  
poolside/beachside grill open for lunch and dinner, baby pool, beach  
and pool service, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard and all  
units have great views of the gulf. 
 
Our unit is second floor with a great view over the pool to the  
gulf. The large patio/balcony is perfect for dining with a group or  
just reading a book and watching the kids play in the pool. 
 
We recently purchased this condo and refurnished with upscale  
furniture, fixtures and art. All the common area floors are tile and  
the bedrooms are large size with deep carpets. Both baths have  
tubs/showers and the kitchen has all the appliances and tools needed  
should you elect to eat in and not eat at Senor Mojitos and gaze out  
over the clear blue waters of the gulf. 
 
So come, bring your kids, your beach towels and bikes and prepare  
for a fantastic vacation with access to the public amenities of the  
millionaire resorts on each side of High Pointe Resort and when you  
are ready to come home, you will be behind secure gates with the
