Very desirable 2BD/2BA townhome in gated development "The Springs".
This unit is on desirable, quiet street at the back of the
development where there is a beautiful private one mile paved nature
trail. It is a block from the recreation center and across the
street from awesome views of the beautiful Santa Rita Mountains.

Very cute and clean southwest decorated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath unit sleeps
up to 4 adults. Master with own private bath has new queen pillowtop
bed, lots of closet space and TV. 2nd bedroom has new queen pillowtop
bed and closet, with nicely tiled full bath across the hall. There are
plenty of linens and a well stocked and equipped kitchen including
dishwasher, microwave and icemaker. There is a laundry room with full
size washer and dryer and ironing board and iron. The back
patio/yard isvery private and has an electric BBQ grill and
dining table with 4chairs. There is a 27" TV, expanded cable, VCR and
DVD player in the living room. The dining room has a table and 4
chairs. Unit has a private one car garage with auto door opener.
activities and attractions in Green Valley Arizona
The Green Valley Recreation Center is located one block away and is
available for tenants to use for a small monthly activity fee( approx. $30
per guest per month). This fee is paid directly to the facility.
The center has a lovely outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and state of
the art fitness room. In addition there are many classes offered at
center included in the monthly activity fee.
Green Valley is a beautiful community located a short 30 mimute
drive south from the Tucson airport. There are many things to do in
the area including bird watching and hiking in beautiful
MaderaCanyon,shopping in Mexico 35 minutes south; the arts
community of Tubac a short drive south; biking, golfing, shopping and
dining.
