Vacation Rental Description

Surfside is located on a 20 foot bluff above Abaco’s most famous 
sugar-sand surfing beach. With incomparable views of both the aqua 
blue Atlantic to the north and the sailboat-dotted Sea of Abaco to 
the south, Surfside has the feel of an island unto itself.

Professionally decorated in vibrant tropical colors and fabrics, 
you’ll enjoy your time inside as much as outdoors on the beach or 
sea! Enjoy large our "infinity" deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean 
to the east or the screened porch deck overlooking the Sea of Abaco 
to the west. 

Surfside’s flexible floor plan includes a three- bedroom two-bath 
main house on the upper level (sleeping up to 8) and a separate two-
bedroom, one-bath apartment on the lower level (sleeping up to 4).

down the beach from world-famous Nipper's Beach Bar, home of the 
Sunday Wild Boar Roast and the hottest parties in the Bahamas! 

Vacation Rental Rates

Surfside is available for rent on a weekly basis. A 50% deposit is 
due when making your reservations. The Balance is due 30 days prior 
to your arrival date. Our preferred rental period begins on Saturday 
afternoon and ends on Saturday morning (in by 4pm, out by 10am). A 
security deposit of $500 is required. Special rates are available 
for extended stays of 4 weeks or more. Rates are subject to change 
without notice.

Main House (4 to 6 guests) - $2950 in season (March 1st to August 
15th and December 15th to January 2nd), $2450 off season (all other 
times). 

Apartment (2 to 4 guests) - $900 in season, $700 off season. 

Both (up to 10 guests) - $3450 in season, $2750 off season.
