Unit 1500 sq ft.,Master suite w/ private balcony, Queen sized bed, 
dresser w/mirror, dresser, night stand, Sony TV, large walk-in 
closet. Master bathroom has double vanity, walk-in shower, seprate 
tub. 
Guest bedroom has queen-sized bed, dresser w/mirror, nightstand.
Guest bathroom has tub/shower combination. Linens provided.
Inside Laundry includes washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
Fully equipped kitchen. 
high speed wireless internet, electric, cable; High Defintion DLP TV 
w/surround sound & DVD.
Smoking permitted on private balcony only.

Harbour Village is located 10 miles south of Daytona Beach and 1
hour from Orlando attractions. (Disney World, Universal Studios,Sea
World,MGM Studios, Downtown Disney, and Cape Kennedy Space Center at
Cape Canaveral). Enjoy a evening out on the Sun Cruz Casino ship 
located a mile from your door. A must to visit is the historical  
Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, where you will find the locals hold their
art fairs and festivals. There are numerous great restaurants and 
bars that offer live entertainment for your dining and dancing 
pleasure.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available May,Sept-Dec $1800 month, Jan-Apr,June-Aug $2200 month, minimum 3 months.
Long Term rentals discounted.
12.5% local tax
All rentals 6 months or more no local tax charged
$100.00 cleaning fee
$500.00 security deposit,short term. $1000 security deposit,long term due at time of reservation
First month payment due 60 days prior to arrival and subsequent 
months are due 30 days in advance.
No refunds will be given for early departures. If reservation is 
canceled security deposit will only be refunded if cancellation 
notice has been received 90 days prior to arrival date.
A $50.00 Administration Fee will be charged for all cancellations.
