Coconut Villas is located in Redington Beach, Florida, it's the  
perfect retreat. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates to 
provide flexibility for your vacation time scheduling. Our Unit is a  
large Studio offering a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with kitchen, bistro  
nook, and livingroom with Cable T.V. and an Internet hook up. We  
have provided all of your kitchen amenities just bring yourself and  
personal items. The Public walk-way to the beach is directly in  
front of the complex and one of the longest piers in FL is directly  
across the street.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The complex has been completely renovated inside and out and has the  
feel of a Spanish Villa. The patio and pool are steps away from your  
door furnished with Patio Furniture,Tiki tables and Grill for your  
pleasure. The complex is made up of 10 units making your stay a more  
private secluded experience. For added convenience we also have a  
Laundry room on the premises. 
 
Coconut Villas is the perfect romantic get a way. You may even want  
to make it a family affair by booking more than one unit. Family or  
Friends will be just a step away. Get away from the every day 
life and plan your Florida vacation.

Activities and Attractions

Redington Shores offers miles of sandy shoreline along the Gulf of  
Mexico enjoy a romantic walk while you watch the sunset or for those  
of you who enjoy to run, take advantage of the beautiful scenery  
while you exercise. Not only is the Gulf of Mexico a great place to  
swim but what a place to fish too. Located directly accross from  
Coconut Villas is the Redington Pier for the casual fisherman or  
Local Charter boats offer sport and deep sea fishing. Redington  
Shores has many fine restaurants & shops but remains a causal and  
laid-back community, however the location of the unit is centrally  
located only a few miles between the famous John's Pass and  
Clearwater Beach which features shopping, restaurants, a  
boardwalk,watercraft rentals, pirate ship rides, and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates $100 - 2 DAY MIN.  
Weekly rates $450-$600   
                    *SPECIAL RATE FOR ThanksGiving Day Weekend - 
                        reserve 4 days and get 1 day free. 
 
- Legal Holidays & seasonal rates subject to change. 
- All Rentals are subject to a 5% Tourism tax, 7% sales tax and $65   
Cleaning Fee    
- $50.00 Pet Fee (if applicable). 
- Additional Scheduling Deposit applies, this deposit will be  
reimbursed via check no later than 3 days after departure. 
**IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON WE REQUIRE A 10 DAY NOTICE TO  
RECEIVE YOUR REIMBURSEMENT OF DEPOSIT.
